Origin
People ask what Agents Clan Venture actually is. The short answer is that we are the team that takes the position, builds the product, and is still in the room a year after launch.
We are not a fund with an opinion, and we are not an agency with a rate card. We work as the operating partner on a small number of ventures at a time, and we carry the outcome alongside the founders.
Where it started
Agents Clan began as a builder community rather than a company. Engineers, designers and operators who kept shipping together found that the hard part was rarely the code. It was the premise, the distribution, and the discipline to keep running the thing after launch.
The studio was formed to close that gap. Instead of handing a founder a deck and a wireframe, we take the work through to a product in the market with an operating team behind it.
Why a studio and not a fund
A fund can only wait. An agency can only deliver a scope. Neither model is accountable for whether the company works.
A studio can do the three things that decide the outcome. It can settle the premise, build the product, and operate it. We chose the model that lets us be wrong early and right in public.
What we have built so far
Consensus Circuit, Yacht Rave, FoxDine and Scholr are the products we own and operate today. Alongside them we build for founders, institutions and communities who want a partner rather than a vendor.
Operating thesis
Everything below is one belief applied repeatedly. Ventures fail from vague premises far more often than from weak execution.
Conviction before consensus
Every engagement opens with market interrogation, a competitive teardown and a written point of view sharp enough to defend in a room of sceptics.
We settle the premise first, and we walk away from the ones that do not hold. Turning work down is part of the method rather than a failure of business development.
One team, not three handoffs
Design, engineering and distribution operate as a single unit. The team that shapes the interface writes the systems beneath it and owns how the first thousand users arrive.
Handoffs are where intent goes missing. We removed them.
Production standards from the first release
We do not ship prototypes dressed as products. Architecture, delivery pipeline and monitoring are designed together, because the first release is what earns the right to a second.
Distribution is part of the product
A product nobody can find is a hobby. Community, partnerships, media and go to market are planned in the same room as the roadmap, not bolted on during launch week.
We stay after launch
We stay embedded once the product ships, running the operating cadence, the delivery governance and the support that decides whether a strong launch becomes a durable company.
Great companies are engineered through sustained execution. That is why we take operating responsibility rather than a retainer and an opinion.
The clan
The clan is the group of people who do the work. It is deliberately small, and it is the reason we can only run a handful of ventures at a time.
How a venture is staffed
Each venture gets a partner who owns the outcome, a product lead, engineers, a designer and an operator. The same names stay on it from the first workshop to the operating review a year later.
The extended bench
Around the core sits a bench of specialists we have shipped with before. Protocol engineers, film and motion producers, event teams and growth operators are brought in for the work they are best at, and they step off when it is done.
How we choose what to work on
We take work where we can affect the outcome, where the founder wants a partner rather than a supplier, and where we would be prepared to own the thing ourselves. If a project fails those three tests we say so in the first week.
How we work with founders
A weekly operating cadence, decisions in writing, and one accountable line of delivery. Founders keep control of their company. We carry the execution risk with them.
Where we are going
The portfolio grows deliberately. A product enters it when we are prepared to develop, operate and grow it ourselves, and not a quarter before.

Two ventures owned and operated today, two more in build. We would rather compound a small number of companies than collect logos.
The next three years
The same work, done deeper. AI systems and platforms as the engineering core, blockchain where it carries real operational value, and events and community as the distribution engine around both.
